Zorix exists because building software for Sri Lanka is genuinely different — payments, addresses, phone numbers, banking, language — and shipping something that works for the market means caring about those details on day one, not after launch.
Software is most valuable when it disappears into the work. A vendor accepting an order shouldn't be thinking about software. A customer paying for lunch shouldn't be wondering if the page is loading. Good product is invisible product.
We work with small teams because that's how invisible product gets built. The people designing it ship it. The people who ship it operate it. No translation layers, no producer reading a brief back to an engineer, no scope creep dressed up as discovery.
We are not the right fit for every project. We are the right fit when you need a senior team that's actually shipped something to Sri Lankan users, in production, with money flowing through it.
